1.DUMBELL SIDES

Stand up straight while holding a free weight on the left hand (palms confronting the middle) as you have the correct hand holding your midsection. Your feet ought to be put at shoulder width. This will be your beginning position.

Do 4 sets each having 20 counts in it.

As you can see in the picture keep the bar behind your neck please do not put weights and bend towards right and left and count that motion as one .







Do 3 sets with 20 counts / reps in it.

4.TWISTER

5.ABDOMINAL TWIST

To perform the Abs Twist:
1.    Sit on a mat or other flat surface, with your knees slightly bent.
2.    Lean back while keeping your head and hips still.
3.    Exhale and reach across your body to the right, swinging your left hand.
4.    Go as far as your normal range of motion allows.
5.    Inhale, and return back to center.
6.    Repeat, to the other side.
7.    Return to starting position, this is one rep

DRINK A GLASS OF WARM WATER BEFORE HITTING THE GYM HALF HOUR PRIOR.
