How to Control your anger

Hello everyone, and I give you a warm welcome to my blog. Today we will figure out in what capacity can one as a millenial can control all your life's rage , anger and start living a  quiet , peaceful and problem free life !

THE DAYS WHERE WE OVER REACT :



sometimes in life we come across situations where our subconscious mind takes over and we say things which are not meant too !! Thats too wrong , right? And causes harm to our dear ones . Do you know why does this happen ? It is because we are to clinged to our beliefs and our thought process that we are unable to expand our mental horizon.
There are many reasons for this . It also happpens because of the environment we live in , our family , friends do have a thought process like this.
For example there are many personalities where they have a lot of attitude and you know they always have the ego saying "I am this , I am that , everybody is wrong in front of me ". The main reason for this is they have strong reason in their belief system that for them if they say the sunrise is from the west they will stick to i and if someone corrects them , they will shout and scream at them saying " who are you to correct me".
so lets talk about the solution now how can we become cool and calm and even there is a event where we have an argument we solve it as calm as a silent river.
The answer to this is start responding rather than reacting in this way we will be calm at the maximun level. Start looking at things not through your eyes but your mind and see the miracles how your life will change.
I would also like to say that today we have become too dependent on something , do you know the reason why , because today we all have become empty due to our daily routine leading to over stressfull situations. For example a person living in delhi just ask him will he move out of the city due to increasing pollution , population , etc , the answer from him will be a no always because he is continuously living in it it has become a habit for him.


SO WHEN WILL WE NEVER BE ANGRY?



The answer is when we do not have a strong hold on our beliefs and thought process. For example just take a look at CA's of today (everybody is good , i am sharing what i ahve experienced) so whenever you call them by their name as ' A vivek come here bhai ' he will surely say "CALL ME CA VIVEK" . So start focussing on the truths of world rather than what world we have in our mind

HERE IS A EXERCISE YOU CAN DO ?


Take a day's break and do nothing and i mean it literally do nothing ! and you will get to know how much emptinesss is there in our life and mind . Deep within we will want something to do even after one minute of doing nothing. So focus and start looking within yourself who you are , what you are , for that very moment disconnect everything and everyone from the ones you are connected and slowly slowly you will get to know that you are fulfiled from within and yourself ! If you start realizing the fullness within yourself even if things , people will come and go there won't be a lack of sense and emptiness.

BONUS TIP

SO IF YOU SEE THE TRUTH THAT YOUR ARE FULL , YOU ARE INFINITE , YOU ARE COMPLETE !! EVEN IF ANYTHING IS REMOVED OR DELETED FROM YOUR LIFE YOU WILL BE COMPLETE . START DISCOVERING YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE INFINITE.
