Are you tired of your everyday routine , and wanna make your work complete in a snap as well as bring productivity to it ? Well you have landed up to the right place !! 1 : Enrich your vocabulary 

  

Use New Words , Use a word immediately after you learn it. Try to make a game out of using a new word as soon as you learn it. 

Read Every Day , read a well-written and edited essay, magazine article, book or news article every day /( read my blog ; ))

There are tons of non-board games that will help you improve your writing vocabulary while you have fun.

 


2. Take Up a New Hobby


Here is a list of hobbies you can take and be as smart as DR STRANGE creating magic everywhere !!

1. Play a musical instrument :

Guitar, Drums ,piano, Violin, Mouth Organ are recommended but it is your choice  .

 2 .Meditate regularly :

Benefits include Increased Immunity,  Emotional Balance,  Increased Fertility, Lowers Blood Pressure, etc

3.Online courses:
There are various free courses on LINKEDIN where you can learn a lot of things for free

4. Sports:
Football . Cricket , Cycling , etc 

5.Play Video Games

6.Play Board games

7. Learn a New Language

8.Work out your brain

Sudoku, puzzles, riddles, board games, video games, card games, and similar activities .

3. Play '10 Things'

This may sound funny to you but it is actually true. For example someone hands you an ordinary object, and you must demonstrate 10 different "things" that the object might be. 
Eg : A Cricket Bat
So you would say the cricket bat can be a army weapon ,  a fly swatter , a microphone , a guitar ,  a sniper rifle , a big coca cola bottle , etcc.
Go on and have fun! 

4.WATCH A LOT OF TED TALKS
TED talks are a great way to improve your general knowledge.They will not make you knowledgeable in any specific field, but you will have contact with content from a huge diversity of subjects, directly from the insiders.
you can relax and enjoy meaningful presentations while distracting yourself after a long day;
They boost creativity. This is probably the main reason why I watch them. If you like your field or profession you tend to focus a lot on your tasks or the subject you’re learning, researching or working on. Creativity exists only within diversity.

5.SOCIALIZE


You may live longer. People with more social support tend to live longer than those who are more isolated,
You will enjoy better physical health. Social engagement is associated with a stronger immune system, especially for older adults
You will enjoy better mental health. Interacting with others boosts feelings of well-being and decreases feelings of depression.

 6.Rest



The lack of sleep, relaxation, and excessive stress can diminish your brain's capacity. The brain requires plenty of energy to function, so if you're exhausted all the time, your mind simply won't have the ability to learn and improve.

 7.Keep a journal


What do Einstein, Isaac Newton and Thomas Jefferson have in common? They were all diary keepers.
Taking notes or only writing down things or ideas is creating an extension of your mind. Your thoughts will be recorded, and the routine of writing them down will enable you to think more thoroughly and improve your way of thinking.
