Do you know that 90% of the people have a lot of trouble waking up . Have you ever tried waking up at 6 am everyday . Making it a morning routine seems impossible right . Well you are at a right place at the right time .For much of my life this was the one habit I couldn’t get to stick to but recently

 UREKA!!!!

When I started waking up early in the morning I realized  I can do more amount of work by 11 am than my entire day ,  and by the time it was 5 pm I had a lot of time for my other hobbies.

So here are 8 tips for you to wake up early and get your shit done like a boss


1 . GET EXCITED TO WAKE UP 


Morning routine is boring. Getting up early is a good habit ,  do not make it a guilt saying “Ohh no why I have to wake up this early ”.

Rather than say this “HELL YEAH I WANNA WAKE UP EARLY” and see the magical difference .

Also find an exciting reason

Eg: Socializing , playing outdoor games like badminton , football , cricket , reading , watching motivational videos , etc

So if you want to play badminton with your friends keep a racket near your bed

If you a book worm keep your favourite book near your bed

A fun loving foody ‘ PLAN YOUR BREAKFAST AT NIGHT ‘

Be excited and wake as fresh as ever!!!

2.  REWARD YOURSELF



You got up early and now that is a routine for you go reward yourself.

Eg : you competed reading a book everyday within 2 months by waking up at 6 everyday so go on gift yourself the one book you were eager to read

You wake up everyday and go to jog / run as this has become your everyday routine congratulations , gift a pair of those beautiful shoes to you!!

Rewarding yourself helps us keep active and happy to do more tasks

3. CREATE AN URGENCY



The important work you want to to just keep it a little incomplete and complete it in the morning immediately as you wake up and see how this becomes a habit . 
I have tried it myself and I am successful 

4. CUT OUT STIMULANTS



If you are very eager to wake up early and getting everything done before time , sacrifice those caffeine products you consume.




5. START A NIGHT TIME ROUTINE 


Listening to classical music , reading , taking a walk , drinking warm milk will help you relax your body  as your long day of work frustrated you and exhausted the hell out of you !!

It is really very important to switch off your brain and relax.

6. DIM THE LIGHTS AND LEAVE YOUR CURTAIN HALF          OPEN



You wont believe but it is true . 

Research says that sleeping like this helps our brain relax more and get us a good night sleep , as our brain when sees bright light reminds us to wake up . similarly when the light are dim our brain shuts our muscles down.














7. GO TO BED HAPPY 





YES YES YES when you go to bed with a happy mind you wont believe how impactul it is for you to wake up early . When you go to bed late it increases the negative thoughts going in our mind and this doesn’t help us get a good sleep.

KEEP YOUR ALARM AWAY FROM YOU

FOR EG : KEEP YOUR DRAWER HALF OPEN AND KEEP YOUR CLOCK THERE SO WHEN YOU WAKE UP YOU ARE ALREADY OUT OF BED AND HELL AWAKE!!!
